David Perkowski, a self-described patron of the arts, has been involved in the development and management of urban residential properties for over twenty years. Best known for his successful rescue and loving redevelopment of the Tower Press building on Superior Avenue, David has also spearheaded the development of the Federal Knitting Mills building on Detroit Avenue in addition to the Merrell and Metzner Buildings on West 25th Street. Representing his first effort east of the Cuyahoga, The Hyacinth Lofts is but one of many residential properties citywide in which David find himself involved.
